The 2 day Jinja City Tour Uganda takes you through amazing experiences including en-route visit to Ssezibwa waterfalls and forest walk in the lush Mabira Forest then the captivating white water rafting on the Source of the Nile.
Day 1:
- Visit Ssezibwa falls, Mabira Forest walk and evening boat cruise. OR
- Ziplining in Mabira Forest, then Quad biking and an evening boat cruise to the source of the Nile.
Day 2:
- Visit some monuments and then go for White water rafting – return to Kampala or Entebbe. OR
- Visit Itanda falls and the go for Kayaking or tubing on the Nile – return to Kampala.

Day 1: Kampala to Jinja, tour Ssezibwa & forest walk at Mabira Forest
Enjoy an early morning breakfast, after meet your tour leader for briefing and pick up ready to transfer to Jinja taking the Jinja-Kampala highway, about 85kms.
En-route possible stopovers include visit Ssezibwa Waterfalls to explore the cultural importance attached to this scenic falls, take pictures then proceed to Mabira Forest, a beautiful natural forest with variety of primates, birds, tree species.
At Mabira Forest, have the best of guided nature/forest walk for you to keep an eye on different birds, trees and primates etc. After, proceed to Jinja while viewing the extensive tea and sugarcane plantations en-route.
Settle for lunch upon early arrival, then later in the afternoon, go enjoy the boat cruise on the Nile River with a chance to visit a rich bird spot- Samuka Island.
Retreat from your exciting boat cruise experience, settle for dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.
